Office Visits

For office visits, cancellations made within 6 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

We understand that babies, pregnancy appointments, and Austin traffic can be unpredictable—communication goes a long way.

If you anticipate arriving 5 minutes late, please text us as soon as possible at 512-553-9240.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may be charged a 50% cancellation fee and asked to reschedule, depending on availability.

House Calls

For house calls, due to limited availability and planned travel time, we require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours will be charged the $35 travel fee plus 100% of the appointment cost.
